FAQ
Sales can remain unpaid while the fund waits for cash.
Can I cancel a sale?
A submitted sale cannot be canceled, but its owner can lower the remaining minimum before wind-down or change the payee.
What if the keeper stops?
Anyone can send the fund's ordinary progress calls, but a halted market or unresolved order can still require the operator.
Can the creator change my fund?
Creators set the fund's terms at launch, while the protocol admin can change the shared implementation after its onchain delay.
Can a fund hold isolated-only markets?
Funds from the first two factories can't: their contracts refuse isolated-only markets and isolated positions.
Funds from the all-markets factory can, and each such position has separate margin, so its loss is limited to that position's own equity.
On one exchange, a fund's markets are all shared margin or all separate margin.
If Hyperliquid closes a separate-margin position in full, the fund tries to buy it back toward its current target once its price and the fund's accounts read normally, as far as spare cash and the order book allow. If the fund already has its own sale outstanding, some whole closes are recognized only at a reset and wait until then for a buy-back. Without readable accounts, spare cash or a suitable order book, the position can stay closed through later resets.
