Glossary
The terms used for orders, resets, cash movements and trusted roles.
CoreWriter
CoreWriter is the action interface used to send the fund's orders to HyperCore; submission does not prove a fill.
Attestor
The attestor is a trusted role that can free an unresolved buy's order slot, while uncertain inventory remains reserved.
Guardian
The guardian is a trusted role that can pause buys or start a terminal wind-down immediately.
Buy embargo
A buy embargo blocks increases in a leg; a completed scheduled reset clears it, but an armed trigger can still refuse buys.
Reset
A reset recalculates position goals on the fund's hourly or daily launch-anchored schedule; orders toward those goals can fill later.
Cut-back
A cut-back records lower exposure goals when a price or margin trigger is armed; later reduction orders can fill partly or fail.
HyperCore
HyperCore holds the fund's perpetual positions, margin pools and spot balances.
HyperEVM
HyperEVM runs the fund's contracts and holds its share ledger and payout USDC.
Gas buffer
The gas buffer is HYPE sent to the fund for Core cash transfers; insufficient Core HYPE can prevent a transfer.
